1. Core technical parameters
1.1 Vacuum performance
Maximum vacuum degree:- 95 kPa (close to absolute vacuum)
Air consumption: 320 Nl/min (standard liters/minute)
Inhalation flow rate: 140 Nl/min (corresponding to a working pressure of 5 bar)
Response time: ≤ 0.3 seconds (from startup to reaching stable vacuum)
1.2 Working conditions
Working pressure range: 4-6 bar (compressed air input)
Environmental temperature:- 10 ° C to+60 ° C
Protection level: IP65 (dustproof and waterproof)
Media compatibility: Dry and clean compressed air (recommended filtration accuracy ≤ 5 μ m)
1.3 Interface specifications
Compressed air inlet: G1/8 "internal thread
Vacuum outlet: G1/4 "internal thread
Muffler interface: M5 external thread (optional)
1.4 Materials and Certification
Main material: anodized aluminum alloy (lightweight and corrosion-resistant)
Sealing element: NBR rubber (oil resistant, resistant to general chemical corrosion)
Certification: CE (Compliance with EU Machinery Directive), ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
2. Typical application scenarios
Automated handling: suitable for adsorbing lightweight workpieces (such as plastics, paper, circuit boards), and achieving high-speed gripping with robotic arms or conveyor lines.
Packaging industry: Used for vacuum formed packaging in industries such as food and medicine to ensure sealing and hygiene requirements.
Woodworking: Fixing boards or small components, supporting precision cutting or carving.
Electronic manufacturing: Absorb fragile materials such as glass substrates and display screens to avoid mechanical damage.
3. Selection and installation suggestions
3.1 Selection precautions
Load calculation: Determine the required vacuum flow rate based on the weight of the workpiece, adsorption area, and safety factor (recommended 2-3 times).
Air source requirements: Filters (such as SCHMALZ SMF series) and pressure regulating valves are required to ensure clean and stable compressed air.
Integrated function: If monitoring vacuum degree is required, it can be paired with pressure sensors (such as SCHMALZ SDE series) to achieve real-time feedback.
3.2 Installation Guide
Pipeline connection:
The compressed air inlet needs to use a polyurethane hose with a diameter of 6 mm or 8 mm to ensure that there is no leakage in the air circuit.
It is recommended to connect a Φ 10 mm or Φ 12 mm hose to the vacuum outlet, with a length of ≤ 5 m to reduce pressure loss.
Fixed method:
Provide M4 or M5 mounting holes, supporting panel installation or rail installation (with optional bracket accessories).
Silencer configuration:
If the environmental noise is sensitive, it is recommended to install a SCHMALZ standard muffler (model: SCP-SIL), Can reduce noise to ≤ 70 dB (A).
